About me

I am an interdisciplinary designer and maker with an interest in print design, illustration, and problem solving. In work of any kind I enjoy learning new skills, being exposed to different ideas, and being given a good challenge. I find a great deal of inspiration in the outdoors, art, and various scientific fields. My work often comes from the place of wanting to help people learn about subjects that they may not consider otherwise. Finding ways to engage people in fields like botany, astronomy, or geology through graphic design and tactile objects is at the root of what I do. I want to bring out curiosity in others through my work. Working with my hands comes naturally to me, so projects that challenge me to build or engineer are particularly exciting. I never shy away from learning a new skill, and I consider myself a lifelong learner of any and all subjects. If I can learn, build, and create (while having fun) then I’m in the right place.
